When you think of self-care, what things come to mind?
Is it taking a bubble bath? Getting a massage? Or having that elusive spa day?
Or perhaps it’s a yearly trip you look forward to. Maybe you find that the same bit of beach you visit each year gives your inner battery a recharge.
And what about self-love? How do you feel about you?
Do you look in the mirror and critique every line, freckle, and curve? Are you happy with the person you are today? Do you feel you’re worth the effort of learning to love yourself better?
Today on the podcast I’m chatting with Jen Wille, a Life Coach dedicated to helping women deepen their self-love and develop their self-care practice. She’s unpacking her story of growing up in foster care, recovering from an eating disorder, and how she found herself leaving one career to pursue her passion for helping others in a more intimate way.
You won’t want to miss her practical tips for developing your own self-care practice, even if you don’t think you have the time! Jen believes we ALL can find a self-care routine that works for us and refills our tank daily.
So sit back and tune in to this heart-to-heart with Jen. And I’ll warn you: her down-to-earth, inviting presence will probably make you feel like you wish you were having coffee with her. So you might as well go ahead and pour yourself a cup before getting comfy and joining us below. 😉
